For 28 years, the Service Board (tSB) has been investing in the development of the next generation of BIPoC youth leaders through increased education, opportunity and access. At tSB we believe that, with our investment, all youth can shine, lead, and advocate for sustainable change. But to make a true impact on community power and foster a more equitable future, we must invest in, advocate for and direct our collective resources to uplift BIPoC and low income youth voice and engagement in civic and environmental life.

Each of our youth leaders are beautiful and unique. We need your support to provide life-changing programs in 2024 that will support the development of youth from communities which have experienced historical and ongoing trends of underinvestment that limit opportunity.
